It is perfect for golfers, families and gatherings of all kinds! The loft bedroom has a king and a hide-a-bed, the second upstairs bedroom has two twins, the third upstairs bedroom has one queen and the first floor bedroom has one queen plus there are two hide-a-beds in the living room. Sleeps 12!
