Campground Internet Upgrade Notice
Spectrum will be completing upgrades in the campground Monday night, September 14, through Tuesday morning, September 15.
During this time, campground internet service will be temporarily unavailable. Spectrum will keep lights and noise to a minimum while work is being completed.

The quarter machine is out of order for the remainder of the season.
Please plan to get quarters from a bank or Pelican Square for laundry.

On Wed Sept 9 the water will be shut down in cluster 1 for a leak at the well pump house.
The repair should only take approx. 1 hour or less
This will affect cluster 2 if the water pressure goes below the threshold.
Please be patient so this repair can happen!

To all Whitebirch Owners:
It has come to my attention that some of the lots have outdoor kitchens and are actively using a method of disposing of grease/ cooking oils and food debris using PVC piped into a bucket in the ground and then allowing it to flow out on to the ground.
This is a contaminate and violates all Federal and State laws along with the Campground By-laws.
Along with the insects and any and all animals from the wild that are attracted. (Bear)
If you are actively using this method Please stop and remove immediately.

There will not be a Labor day meeting or picnic this year!
Due to some medical reasons we will be returning to AZ sooner than expected.

ATTENTION: There is bear scat inside of the storage area.
Please be careful and aware of your surroundings when inside.
Not sure if he is still in there or has left the area.

Attention if you have a spot in the storage area.
The fee for storage will be going up in 2027 to $175.00 per spot.
You will need to renew your contracts & make payment May 2027.
All storage will need to be paid by June 15 2027 or a $30 late fee will be added.
If you will not be needing your spot Please let the office know.
If the office is not open yet you can pay storage at the main resort when you pay your dues.
IMPORTANT DATES FOR END OF SEASON:
Office will close for the season Sept 5
Pool Closure begins: Sept 8 (cluster 1 pool first)
Laundry Service will close on Oct 9
Package Delivery ends: Oct 10
Comfort Station 2,3,4 will close on Oct 13
Annual Blow out will begin on Oct 13
Storage area will be locked for the season Oct 18
Comfort Station 1 & 5 will close on Nov 24 (depending on weather).
Electricity off: Nov 24 (depending on weather)
The resort housekeeping will continue to clean comfort stations until they close.
Lee will be here till approx. late Oct
Randy Olson will be here until end of September
They will continue to keep the campground up and running as far as maintenance is concerned!

Lakes Area Food Shelf would like to Thank all the folks at Whitebirch who donated food to the food shelf. Whitebirch Campground donated $267 dollars which equals 75lbs of food items. Your donation helps fulfill the mission and keep the doors open for the food shelf- No one goes hungry!
Foot Note: At the end of the season when everyone is clearing out there cupboards for the winter. There will be an area outside of the office to put your donation. Or Ray Loehlein has played a huge roll in getting the food to the Food Shelf. You can also drop it with Ray Loehlein he is Cluster 2 Racoon Court.

More and more people are upgrading to the newer golf carts. They also go faster and are almost the size of a small car!
PLEASE SLOW DOWN INSIDE THE PARK IN BOTH CLUSTER 1 & CLUSTER 2.
I have had several complaints of fast moving golf carts inside the resort. These golf carts do have the potential to hurt or seriously hurt another person/car or property.
For your Safety & the Safety of others…..SLOW DOWN!!!!!!!

All Dogs need to be on a leash when inside of the Resort for the Safety of the people who live here and also the dogs. There is no expectations!!

Annual Halloween Celebration Saturday, August 1
1. Pinata’s from 12 noon -3pm at the Pavillion
Take a swing & break open the Pinata for Candy & Prizes
2. Children’s Coloring Contest! 12-3pm
There will be three age categories: 0-4, 5-9, 10-14. Each category will receive a prize! Coloring pages located inside of the clubhouse
- Trick or treating from 5:30-7:00
Meet at the Pavillion
4. A Spooky Golf Cart Parade!
Decorate your golf cart and join in the parade at 7:30pm Carts can line up at the pavilion about 7pm.
- Lot Decorating Contest!
Join in and decorate your lots. Lots will be judged on creativity, overall use of space, and thrill factor! The best lot wins a prize!
(We are looking for lot judges. They should be owners who are not a part of the contest. Please contact the office if you are interested in being a judge!)
I have a wallet in my office. It was found in Cluster 1 on the roadway. It does have and Affinity Visa card inside the wallet. Please stop the office to pick up.

Owners if you are having deliveries sent to the campground. Especially Walmart Deliveries. They need full names and phone # to find who they need to del to!! There has been several incidents where the delivery has not happened because of lack of information!! The drivers are frustrated and also the staff here at the office having to deal with frustrated Del drivers!
Pratt Excavating is working on the water!! They are starting to pressurize the system as I type this email, when this happens both Cluster 1 & 2 lose water pressure. You should have water in about 20 minutes! Sorry for the inconvenience!!
Cluster 1 water will be shut down due to water main leak in Cluster 1. This will be this morning will let you know when it is back up and working properly. Pratt Excavating will be out doing the work. Sorry for the inconvenience!!

Breezy Shuttle Service: The Breezy Shuttle will now pick up at the Campground. The pick up location IS ONLY at the office 7070 Dove St. Please call 218-562-7141 and request a pick up shuttle at Whitebirch Campground.

Halloween Event: Reminder we do have the kids Halloween event come up Aug 1 from 12-3. Will be help at the clubhouse and Pavilion. Come and scare us with your spooky costumes!!

The holiday is over and mainly uneventful! BUT we did have an issue in Comfort Station 3 with fecal matter being wiped all over the walls and stall. This is a bio hazard for the housekeeping to clean up! Let alone disgusting!!

Reminder the beach towels from the main resort stay at the main resort! Please do not bring them back to the campground. Over the weekend the Campground ended up with a lot of resort towels.

They are not allowed in the campground!! Please go watch them in the designated towns for these events.

The annual 4th of July Parade will kick off this Sat July 4. Line will begin at 9:30am down by the office. Will take off at 10am.

6/30/2026 Storms:
Reminder with the round of storms we have had in the area. Your designated area is at the convention center at the main resort. Comfort Stations 1 & 5 are brick buildings and you can shelter there if you can not make it to the main resort.

Please if you have visitors/ Family members coming to the Resort make sure they understand that you as an owner will come down to the gate and let them in.
